IndianLoveBirds.com does not screen any of its candidates and makes no representations as to their character or background. Individuals using the service do so at their own risk. Members are encouraged to thoroughly check the background of the candidates listed on the service.

Members of IndianLoveBirds.com agree not to use any offensive, sexually explicit, or violent terms and language on its service or with any party they meet through the service. Members consent to release IndianLoveBirds.com from any liability, claims or damages resulting from any interactions with other members from the service.

IndianLoveBirds.com does not guarantee any successful meetings, matches, or marriages from use of its service. All fees paid for this service in connection with the subscribed membership are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
